1. Edgar
Think of Edgar as a Buffer on steroids. Like Buffer, it allows you to schedule your social media content across multiple accounts, but unlike Buffer it also allows you to store and manage content separately and put them into different categories for later use. It even has the option to pull from the RSS feeds of your favorite blogs and websites and stores their posts in the category of your choosing. Once you have your content stored and organized, which doesn’t take long with all of the great management tools they put at your disposal, you can go through and pick and choose what content you’d like posted when, or you can simply give Edgar permission to run on auto pilot and he will pick and choose your posts for you. Therefore, if you’re not super particular about which bit of your content gets posted when you can just load up on content and let Edgar do the rest!
2. Canva
With social media use at an all-time high, the need to include more visual content as part of your social-media posts is growing as well. That’s where Canva comes in. It allows you to create high-quality images that fit any budget – some are even free. They offer numerous templates that help you look like a great designer, even if you don’t have a clue what you’re doing.
3. Capzool
If you’re looking for great content that’s applicable to your field Capzool is the place for you. It allows you to search by keyword or phrase and supplies you with social media posts that are well written and ready to use! You can even schedule it straight from their site if you wish and with plans starting at $29/month it can fit into any budget.
4. SocialClout
Social media monitoring is a great way to increase your marketing effectiveness and SocialClout allows you to do just that! It supplies you with insights and trends via class reports that they generate for you, taking the guess work out of it. They provide insight on your engagement, audience, competition, key influencers, campaigns, leads, etc., which is phenomenal because as they put it “analytics is the new age weaponry for the marketing warfare.”
5. Latergramme
Do you love Instagram, but don’t use it as much as you’d like because you can’t schedule content? Well, have no fear Latergramme is here! Although this isn’t exactly new (it launched in 2014) it’s an amazing tool that’s really starting to take off. It allows you to schedule pictures and videos for later dates, which is great if you’re like me and you’re great about taking photos but not so great at posting them right then and there. The best part? You can do it all from your PC, which is revolutionary in itself since Instagram is truly a mobile app.
If you have any feedback on these particular tools we’d love to hear it!
